TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Two person minimum required. Maximum of 20 people per booking.
• All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Check-in is at 7:00PM. The event will not begin until all members of your party are present. The event will conclude no later than 8:00AM.
• All participants must complete a Waiver of Liability prior to the start of the event.
• A valid email address, phone number and credit card information must be supplied to complete your reservation request.
• Your reservation will not be accepted and confirmed until payment has been received.
• Bookings not paid in full prior to the event are subject to cancellation and loss of deposit.
• $95.00 per person, eight person minimum. A $380.00 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event date.
• Groups with less than eight participants may reserve the mansion at a flat rate of $760.00.  A $380.00 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event date.
• THE ENTIRE COST OF YOUR RESERVATION IS A DONATION AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
• WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS AT THE DOOR FOR PRIVATE GHOST HUNT RESERVATIONS.
• Absolutely no photography or videography for profit is permitted without written permission from the Board of Directors.
